Lead time and shipping policy

Once the preproduction proof is approved, it usually takes 10 business days before the order is ready to ship. All orders include ground shipping at no extra charge.

Rush service is available at an additional charge. When rush service is selected, we will do everything to get the order to you on time. That includes shiping the order to you via UPS/FedEx express mail free of charge. Rush service lead time is minimum 7 business days.

Cancellation and Return Policy for custom made merchandise

You can cancel your order at any time prior to the approval of the preproduction proof. Once the preproduction proof is approved, no modifications or additions of any kind can be made to the graphics. It is absolutely imperative that you check the proof for correctness before submitting your approval. Once your order is submitted to the factory for manufacturing, no cancellations shall be accepted. No returns or refunds of any kind shall be issued or offered on customized merchandise.

Cancellation and Return Policy for non-custom made merchandise

This policy covers exclusively the merchandise that has not been customized in any way.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to submittal of the order to the factory for manufacturing. If you believe that you received defective product(s), contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. If we confirm your return/exchange then you will receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without authorization. If you return working product(s) it shall be returned to you via ground shipping at your cost. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. If you choose to exchange your product(s), we will pay for the ground shipping to you.

Color Matching

We do our best to match the colors as they are specified. The color identified with a number followed by the letter "C" from the Pantone® Formula Guide Solid Coated palette will be what is printed. However, the color shade may vary due to the material surface type and other factors.

Warranty

Most products that we carry are covered by at least one year manufacturer warranty. Some products offer longer warranty periods; please check each product for warranty information. The warranty covers only manufacturer defects. Physically abused/damaged items are not covered by the warranty and shall not be replaced.
